Organized and transparent onboarding and diligence process 2. API is well-documented and robust 3. The Sila team and the level of support and service they provide is the best we've seen in the space. 4. Sila acts and operates as a true partner Cons Complex scenarios can be tricky, so you need to involve onboarding support. When I find one I'll post it - the partnership has been incredibly positive.
