Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I'm not an HTML / CSS/ ... person, but I have built and maintained my personal sailing / nerd web pages (40 different pages, and counting) for many years, using only SeaMonkey Composer. WYSIWYG make it super easy to use. And free. I don't use the other SeaMonkey tools, just the editor. It is the successor from Netscape, so lots of history. Complete suite of applications for internet usage Free to use Lightweight feature rich browser based on Firefox Email & IRC Chat client Composer - powerful HTML editor Regular Updates Large number of add-ons, themes & extensions Great community support Cons I'm sure there are better and more modern tools for making simple web pages, but none as easy and cheap as SeaMonkey. I can't make fancy, active web pages with it. I use external blogs for that, and just include links. Same with Youtube videos. It is excellent - simple and powerful - for those who just want pure functionality. It is not widely popular due to its old look and no marketing.
