	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ability to just "invite the room" and it automatically sets it up for you. It is so easy to just jump in a room and have the cam and mic bumpin. Everything about Zoom Rooms is amazing. From the ease of setting up the app to using it, it is a flawless process. It is secure and makes video conferencing and holding virtual meetings seamless. Integration with other zoom tools is easy. The software is easy to use and can connect people from any locality so long as one is connected to internet. It has very effective sharing capabilities hence making online meeting more lively. Setting up the tool was easy and launching meeting is easy The tool is secure, easy to join, and very effective regarding quality communication. It makes video conferencing/virtual meetings a breeze. Faster to have face to face communication with colleagues from anywhere. Incredible with screen share. Reliable to share documents instantly. Cons Sometimes it doesn't work right if it wasn't set up absolutely 100% correct. It's also frustrating sometimes to try and start a meeting owned by another if Zoom doesn't work accordingly. No issues whatsoever with Zoom Rooms. It works as expected as long as the network is strong. The video quality is not so good unless the internet connection is very strong. With such an amazing tool, I can barely think of any flaw. Very great and most convenient tool with video conferencing.
