Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The concepts working for Web, mobile, SAP and desktop. Business-Driven Test Automation makes it easier for us to integrate non-technical business people to support use case creation. It is very easy to use, easy to onboard the team, fantastic support. Easy to work after you learn how everything works. Can record automation and also have the code level. Very good reporting. Excellent support. I was able to setup the tool and have it up & running for my project very quickly. Minimal learning curve and detailed reporting helps a lot for day to use. Cons Nothing found in all the years. I cannot say anything negative by now. Reports need to be more customized and powerful, users should be able to create as per his needs. There is nothing I can say here. Maybe improving the way that API tests works, I did not find anything negative about Sahi Pro so far. The results speak for themselves: we were able to test our SDKs in key global locations, gain critical visibility into network communications across the wire, and rapidly iterate based on data gathered from testing. Headspin has been an essential part of our testing process from the beginning. We've used it to test everything from mobile sites to native applications and we've found it to be invaluable for both developers and testers. We can run tests on any device from any location in the world, and the bug reporting feature makes it easy to track down and fix errors. Using Headspin has been a great way to reduce the amount of time it takes to test across various browsers and platforms. I can run tests on 5-10 browsers simultaneously, which saves me a lot of time because I don't have to toggle windows between each browser. Our HeadSpin system can identify issues across multiple databases in a matter of minutes. It's a user friendly interface that allows us to identify issues in our database quickly, and the automation also makes it easy to test our fixes across multiple scenarios. Cons I have been using HeadSpin for years now and they are doing a great job. The customer service is excellent, I think it's very good to work with them. I don't think there's any room for improvement in their service. We are rather fairly satisfied with the platform. The design is nice and intuitive, it's easy to use and the price point is great. We have used other tools in the past, but this is far and away the best we've used. I think HeadSpin is a very solid product. I haven't encountered any problems with it in my testing and everything worked smoothly. I had a few difficulties getting started with the platform, but after a few hours of trial and error, I was able to figure things out.
