Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to learn and use right off the bat. This software provided a significant benefit to our TAKE OFF process. The collaborative feature means our estimators across the country can all contribute and monitor the progress of the project. Easily bring up any and all drawings with the click of a mouse, saves bundles on paper and cost. STACK has sped up our takeoffs making them about 4 times faster than before. I also like how their software integrates with Excel which makes it easy for me to finish our estimates and submit our bids. Customer support has been excellent as well - they are there to help me whenever i have a question!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Invoicing works. Scheduling gets done. Not touching inventory or other features until it looks like they take their own program and feedback seriously. As others have noted, ECI bought a couple of years ago, and things haven't been honkey-dory. ThermoGrid is a well rounded software that is constantly evolving. From invoicing to keeping track of your customer base, it does it. I like being able to tailor it to fit my needs. Does everything i need. Support is phenomenal when needed. Techs in the field find it easy to use. Customers love the service. You can set pricing based on a GPM. The trainers and sales people are great! Clients can pay and sign via email. You can upload pics and you can give 6 options but is time consuming Being able to easily change criterion to receive excellent spot on results every time. Being able to have a beautiful presentation for homeowners. Cons 1)I have not been able to get a response from customer service at all. Ticket response- nope. Email response- nope. Phone- goes straight to voicemail. No call back. Tried multiple days/times. 2) Non-working elements of program, but can't a hold of support to discuss. 3) Every bunch of months a slight change is noted as an upgrade. Almost like they have to show they are actually doing something, so have some small random change once or twice a year. 4) ui and functions feels ancient. ie there's no master search. I feel the support and training could be better. They are very thorough in their reply and call you back pretty quickly, just not a fan waiting. Haven't found an issue that didn't get resolved. any cons that have been found previously were quickly fixed. No training videos that lead you to call in, they own so many software companies that anyone who answers can't help you, so then they make a ticket and someone will reply to ask questions. The reply is usually within 24 hrs but if you are a home service company you need answers right away. They have very few trainers (who are great and very helpful) which leads them to have find time to help you. They could use short videos to help the trainers. The software is very in depth and does lots which is very hard to remember it all going through their video/Google Meets/Zoom demonstrations. Some of the printouts are excessively lengthy. Per user price model.
