A dependable and user-friendly crypto accounting platform, this is a solid choice for anyone searching for such services. Its wide range of features and detailed reports make it an exceptional tool for managing your portfolio. However, the pricing structure may not work for everyone. Security, ease of use, transaction accounting, transparency and quick support in case of an emergency, and most importantly, a beautiful interface. SMPLR's customer dashboard is highly customizable, allowing users to create personalized views that suit their specific needs. SMPLR is an excellent platform for managing your cryptocurrency portfolio. Its wide range of features and pleasant interface make it an exceptional tool for novice and mid-level traders. If you are looking for a reliable and easy-to-use crypto accounting platform, then SMPLR is an excellent choice. Cons Does not always correctly count the balances, but this is not critical. No cons. Too expensive for novice traders, but well suited for them. One potential downside is that SMPLR may not be as well-suited for investors who are heavily involved in ICOs or other alternative investment vehicles. I think SMPLR may not be reliable enough and not very convenient for professional traders.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Process for generating tax documents for TurboTax was super easy. It's a great tool for infrequent crypto traders like myself, who can fit into the free tier of the product. No one else understands crypto like ZenLedger and IRS knows that they are trustworthy so I trust them too. Very easy to use and very good customer support. When asking for help via text, they say 24-48 hours to get a response, but I have used it twice now and have received a response within the first day. We have used ZenLedger since 2019. It has held our hands through imports from numerous exchanges, wallets, etc. It has helped us navigate problems with identifying where holdings came from.It has simplified life. ZenLedger has provided me an efficient and effective means of dealing with my crypto taxes. Customer support has been great, particularly since I am not particularly computer literate. Cons The price of the product is steep once you reach a certain number of transactions in a year. Everything is good, I have had no problems with the figures. So far so good, hope it stays that way! There was a lot of areas when first using the program that I did not understand, and that did take some time. Sometimes I am frustrated by the time delays in "chats" but I am grateful for the willingness to continue with different approaches to solve problems.
