	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A complex crypto reconciliation has been delivered on time for two years. One does not simply do this. Customer service is unparalleled, extremely responsive to all questions. Everyone I worked with at TT was a pro. If you're stressing about your crypto filing this is the place for you, they're pros, 5 STARS! TokenTax has grown so much over 4 years since I first started using the software to collect all my transactions. Nowadays, they have advanced integrations for DeFi and centralized exchanges. The customer service is amazing. They're sincerely committed to being helpful and kind to customers. But more importantly, no one is more expert than this team. You'll hear others larping they know as much about crypto taxes but it is undeniable they're at the bleeding edge of crypto tax knowledge. They continue to hire the smartest folks from the likes of KPMG (Arthur Teller) and others from places like Microsoft who actually worked on the Excel product (James). While I currently use their most advanced enterprise level service, previously, I've used their lower tier software package when my taxes were simpler and they were amazing to me back then. However, the last 2 years have required a finer touch and I am please to say they've over-delivered on this top level service. Few businesses meet my expectations nowadays, but TokenTax continually exceeds them. • Experts with tremendous experience in all matters of accounting, including complex cryptocurrency issues (DeFi, Liquidity Providing, Airdrops, Cross-Chain, Missing Transactions, High Transaction volume, etc). • Personalized attention to detail. • Prompt responses • Variety of packages available depending on client needs - TokenTax team is deep into crypto and are on top of the latest trends and changes in different token types - They are highly responsive - They understand tax law well Cons Do not expect a quick turnaround or not to do any work. You need to provide your records and respond to the team's questions. Be proactive about discussing your unique situation and expectations. Nothing to see here! Can't think of anything negative in my experience. I heard from some random complaints on Twitter back in fall 2021, when the crypto markets started taking off and TokenTax was growing like gangbusters. I have to say I truthfully didn't experience any such growing pains with TokenTax, but at least now, in 2021/2022, I can firmly attest they've scaled up significantly to provide the most unbelievable level of service. One complaint you hear is "they don't support all blockchains" or "they're missing a DeFi app" and neither are true. Because a) you can upload any CSV for any blockchain transactions and b) you can also upload those separate transactions for new DeFi apps. There's hundreds of DeFi apps that come and go so you can't expect TokenTax to support every protocol with deep integrations. • Candidly, I have zero cons. TokenTax took extremely good care of me from start to finish. Perhaps the only thing I could critique would be that it can take up to a day to get back to you, but the attention to detail in their replies more than make up for that small wait. The software is still buggy and requires a lot of manual updates and changes. Also I felt the crypto side of the house was a lot more in order than the non crypto tax filing side of the house.
