SMARTR.solutions develops SMARTR.factory, a modular Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for manufacturers from mid-sized businesses to large plants. The software brings real-time transparency to the shopfloor – the foundation for a continuous improvement process.
From time tracking at the line to the integration of existing machines, all data is captured and visualised in real time. Industry 4.0-ready machines and IoT components are connected without programming, via open interfaces such as OPC UA. Performance and quality metrics, downtime and setup times feed automatically into OEE calculation – for single machines, lines, departments or entire plants.
Live production monitoring, a control room view with push notifications, reporting and a digital shopfloor board complete the platform. Its open architecture links flexibly to ERP, BI tools and time tracking.
