About
SEAOTTER is a managed control plane for Hermes Agent on Google Cloud. Isolated, always-on agents. No VPS. No SSH.
You create an agent in the dashboard. SEAOTTER provisions a per-agent namespace with a gVisor sandbox, typically in a few minutes. Pause, restart, restore, and reprovision from the API or UI. Logs and metrics included. You do not SSH into a box.
Secrets go in a write-only tab and are stored in Google Secret Manager. Hermes loads them at startup. Do not paste keys into chat.
After signup, connect with an org-scoped so_ MCP key from Cursor, Claude, or Codex. Hermes is the live harness: tools, memory, cron. us-central1 is live.
7-day trial, no credit card, one agent only (1 CPU / 4Gi / 8Gi). Then $99 per always-on agent / month. Extra agents after convert at +$99. Custom is book-a-call.

About
bb is a local-first, fully customizable IDE for working with AI coding agents, designed to control, automate, and even modify itself. Almost anything in the environment can be changed with a single prompt: users can add panels, CLI commands, skills, plugins, and workflows that immediately become available to their agents. Many of bb’s own capabilities, including GitHub integration, agent memory, scheduled jobs, and remote access, are built as plugins using the same tools available to users. Its CLI is open to external programs such as shell scripts, cron jobs, or bots in Telegram, Signal, and Slack, allowing them to spawn work threads that remain available in the sidebar. bb supports multiple coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Pi, OpenCode, Grok, omp, and Hermes, letting users assign tasks to the best-suited agent or have one agent spawn and manage another in separate threads. Work runs on the user’s own machine and can continue independently until they return.

Audience
Builders, operators, and small teams who want always-on Hermes Agent without running a VPS. Builders: people who already use Hermes (or want to) and need one standing agent for tools, memory, and cron. They close the laptop and the agent stays up. No ops hire. Operators: people who would otherwise SSH into a box to pause, restart, restore, or rotate keys. They want lifecycle from a dashboard and API, secrets in Google Secret Manager, and MCP from Cursor, Claude, or Codex. Teams: groups that outgrew a single laptop or a cheap VPS and want the same managed plane for more than one isolated agent after they convert from trial. Isolation is per agent from day one; it does not wait for an Enterprise SKU. Not the audience: agencies as a landing ICP, generic “host any agent” shoppers, or anyone looking for OtterScore / seaotter.ai. Custom / larger orgs can book a call. Industries are not locked. Fit is the job: keep open-source Hermes online without owning Linux, Docker, or SSH.
