Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We wish we found Runa earlier. We spent a long time trying to work things through with an alternate vendor and it took more than a year! Getting things setup with Runa was very quick and the team have been supportive all of the way. They have great tech and systems. I love how customizable Runa is! Their API makes it easy for our team to implement new gift card offerings to our users in no time! I really like how easy the platform is to use. It is easy to navigate and find what you need to do. Any time I have required assistance, the Customer Support Team have always been really helpful and quick to respond. You only pay for what you need. There's no subscription requirements. It's simple to use, with a nice clean interface and dashboard. They have been an amazing partner. They supported us at every stage of our growth. Their system is easy and very easy to just run with. No hand holding needed. Cons Nothing. No issues. Everything has worked as intended. Their support team used to be smaller and a bit more scattered, since their rebrand, they have really improved their support experience!! I have not found any feature as yet that I feels needs improvement Some other sites refund you the gift card if it's not redeemed - Runa doesn't offer this. However, the other sites require a monthly subscription. As they are still newer, their catalog is not as big as the legacy players. They have been catching up on this.
