About

Rotasal is a complete delivery-operations platform for businesses that run their own last-mile fleets: e-commerce and retail delivery, food and bottled-water distribution, courier and cargo fleets, pharma and medical distribution, field service teams, and staff shuttles. It replaces manual route planning in spreadsheets, driver instructions sent over messaging apps, and "where is my order?" phone calls with one system covering the dispatch office, the driver, and the end customer. Upload the day's orders by file or API, and Rotasal decides which vehicle takes which orders in which sequence. A 600-order day across a whole fleet is planned in about 20 seconds; replanning around new, cancelled, or urgent orders takes about 3 seconds, so plans can be adjusted throughout the day rather than only overnight. Dispatchers review and approve every plan before drivers roll out, then track the fleet on a live map. Replanning never double-books a courier.

About

RouteIQ is cloud dispatch and field-operations software for delivery, courier, field-service, towing, and other mobile teams. Dispatchers assign jobs, optimize multi-stop routes, and monitor driver locations, ETAs, and job status from a browser dashboard. The iOS and Android driver app provides navigation, status updates, proof capture, and job details. Customer tools include request and payment portals, notifications, and branded tracking links. Teams can configure job states, service types, pricing, forms, and proof requirements; an AI assistant answers questions using live dispatch data. A REST API and webhooks connect dispatch events to other systems. Free and Pro plans include unlimited drivers and dispatchers, with billing based on billable jobs; third-party service providers charge separately.

Audience

Businesses that run their own delivery fleets, typically 5 to a few hundred vehicles making many stops a day with promised time windows: e-commerce and retail delivery, food, water, and bottled-gas distribution, courier and cargo fleets, pharma and medical distribution, field service teams, and staff shuttles. Also 3PLs running delivery for multiple clients. Not for long-haul trucking or businesses that outsource all delivery to carriers.

Audience

Delivery and courier businesses, field-service companies, dispatchers and mobile teams
