Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, simple to find stocks, and very fast response time from support. Accurate stock numbers and fun to use. You can trade crypto and some other stocks. It doesn't focus on just one or the other for your trades. Robinhood has billed itself as the outlaw investment software that takes the money out of trading and puts it into the common man's hands. And the no cost transactions help with that a lot. Extremely easy place to start investing I to the stock market. Amazing user interface, and very beginner friendly. And it sends you any important tax information come tax season. I like the way Robinhood works, its interface and how easy it is to use. Robinhood shows me what I need in terms of potential companies to invest in and the events that have happened recently in these companies offering how they have affected the shares of these companies, all this without any additional charges. Cons Not easy to understand all the options given on a stock option. Froze, crashed, spent 6 months trying to get an account verified and finally had to escalate it to get in. Not at all a fan of this platform. Robinhood having to halt trading at various points due to meme stocks has been a huge problem for people who aren't classic investors. I mean, there was the issue whenever GME and AMC, and the other meme stocks were exploding, and they halted trading, which was questionable. But that was definitely the exception. The web-based interface design is not as user-friendly as the mobile app, which is a bit strange.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros On the surface, seems like it would be a secure company...based in the U.S. (supposedly), proclaims security as a principle, and utilizes a difficult multi-step authentication system. Your BAT are directly transferred from Brave to Uphold. It will also automatically w/d BAT to pay for Brave. Introduced via Brave BAT rewards. The signing up process makes it clear that this is secure. Tracks pricing of different crypto, and shows your balance by crypto. Cons I had nearly $9,000 stolen from me. Uphold has not made any true attempt to investigate the theft. Why oh why is there is there a difference between a crypto network coins and crypto currency coins? Every other platform I use, can transfer directly from my account to another. But uphold? NOOOO! you have to convert from their crypto currency to "crypto network coins" before you can transfer out. What a waste of time and complication! Set up process was very long. A little confusing at first, takes a while to get used to the interface.
