Very nimble products/tools that allow for easy adaption Overall this product is saving us time by allowing online payments, tracking collection campaigns, and supporting self-service options for debtors, significantly reducing the time our staff spends on processing payments. Cons The only con is that we have to rely on their product roadmap and priorities for some functionality that doesn't exist. However, their development is very fast and the platform as it stands today from even 6 months ago has a ton of updates. Upfront integration and migration cost/effort — Even with a short migration, switching vendors requires project time, resources, and cross-team coordination. Dependence on vendor reliability — Increased reliance on Tratta for uptime, support, and feature changes creates vendor risk. Potential ongoing fees — New platform and API capabilities may carry higher recurring costs compared with a minimal legacy processor. Change management — Staff and process changes required internal training and documentation; smaller teams may still face short-term productivity dips during transition. I really have to cons to express. Tratta does everything we need them to do. 1. Price point on products is good, and worth it, but always room for review. Maybe institute a potential loyalty program! We haven't encountered any downsides yet. If anything develops as we scale up usage, we’ll try to update accordingly—but so far, it’s been a great experience.
