Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Rentrax has outstanding customer support, an intuitive UI, and an extensive feature set. We almost got all we needed. It has all features I was looking for: 1. We need to take online orders and Rentrax has a pretty good order form. It does not have a modern look, but it's very practical. 2. Rentrax has a built-in electronic signature function which we needed 3. It has a good messaging system that allows us to send a confirmation email to customers automatically regarding their rentals. 4. We need to set different price formats for each piece of equipment based on the time of the year (Holidays have their own pricing). As far as I researched, Rentrax has the most flexible price management out there and it does a good job to set up our pricing model. A lot of features, deposit system, a good amount of possibilities on how to manage your prices, type of rental and bundle. really helpful staff. We looked for an integrated rental management program that would eliminate the inefficiencies of pen and paper. We saw the best outcome when we went with Rentrax. We transformed the shop operations to support online and kiosk reservations. We saw a 15% increase in revenue and 20% savings on our employee costs by reducing wait time. Rentrax is relatively easy to use and feature-rich. I enjoy its flexible price management and ski-related settings. It is convenient when we switch to ski/snowboard rental in winter. Cons The initial setup can demand a significant amount of time. To be able to use all features, there is a learning curve. Sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed, but the good thing is their customer service is very helpful. Loading time a bit long sometimes. Still need more improvement on the display and it will be nice to be able to totally customize your front page. Although it is easy to use, there is still room for the interface to improve. I talked to customer service, and the good news is the new design is coming soon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The workflow feels natural, and our staff picked it up quickly. I’m especially happy with the support team, and Krasi has been fantastic - responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. It has made a real difference for us. Practical and easy it is for a busy rental operation. It gives us a clear view of reservations, fleet status, and customer details without forcing the team to jump between different tools. The most impressive aspect of VEVS Car Rental Software is its ability to integrate various functionalities into one platform. We particularly appreciated the comprehensive reporting tools that helped us analyze fleet utilization and customer behavior, leading to informed strategies for growth. Furthermore, the customer support team was incredibly responsive, making the implementation process smoother than anticipated, and their ongoing assistance has been crucial in optimizing our use of the software. Was easy to set up and keeps working as in day one. Overall very happy with this software. Easy to use. Reasonably priced. Cons I really like everything about the software and I’m looking forward to exploring all the newly implemented features. The only small downside is that there was a bit of a learning curve for some of our newer staff during the first few days Nothing really - everything works as expected!!!!! They are really good...so not much. It would be nice to have an App but it's not a deal breaker.
