Cons There is no support for Java so if you want to run Java you are out of luck. Sometimes the workflows and script can be a bit tricky to work out. Would like to be able to upload multiple files or attachments to a record. Maybe some wizards would be good to help with setup. Can be a little confusing and overwhelming - take the time to learn it. I used this tool for 5-6 months, till now no big cons experienced. #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. For beginners, there are not much tutorials available about the Zoho Creator.
