Pros

  • 1. Excellent team of engineers who can support round the clock! 2. I have had a pleasant experience working with UberCloud's team members who have always helped me solve issues with our computational tasks 3. UberCloud built an amazing HPC tool for our highly complex simulations that collapsed our run time by 100 fold and that has been a boon to our acoustic team 4. UberCloud consistently improves user experiences by adding features to their software (e.g., resource monitoring tool, text alerts for active clusters to name a few) that has increased our productivity 5. They have a dedicated software expert, who can understand your issue pretty well and can offer solutions in no time. The weekly Q&A sessions setup by UberCloud with their software experts helps address our questions quickly in addition to learning new techniques.

With UberCloud's browser-based application, your engineers can create a flexible HPC cluster with a click. You don't need to worry about cloud security or cost management as your HPC cluster will be secured and optimized by UberCloud.

  • UberCloud support was great, I can't think of any issues.
