Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's user-friendly and can be built to meet our needs and generate the reports I will need for my Grant requirements. Ease of use, and customized to the need of our investigations agency. It allows our manager and investigators to assign cases, complete daily updates, final reports and video and photos. They are all under the case they are worked. The days of having email chains are over with Qtis. Programing in easy to use and customer service is excellent. Any issues I have had have been addressed by support staff immediately and programming has been adjusted to better fit my needs. They have a great product, it's intuitive and easy to use. Customer service is superior to others in the industry. I was able to share large amounts of data. I've tried other file share services and like the ease of transferring large amounts of data that can be shared by opposing attorneys for forwarding to my client. Further, the documents may be saved for a substantial length of time. Cons Nothing to report on as of now; we just started using this program on January 1, 2023. None. To date, we have not seen any cons to this product. No comment. I have not had any "Con" issues to this date. Haven't found any so far. They are always willing to expand and improve their product to make it more convenient for the customer. Some of the larger videos it would take some time to upload but they may depend on my internet speeds.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Being able to text keeps conversations. Transferred from Zipwhip easily. Price is competitive. Add new features at times/ Easy to use, great support staff, fairly priced, and highly productive We did a demo and got all our answers. Plus they didn't even try to get me in a contract, their product and service are their contract. How refreshing... I like that it's easy to text multiple numbers at one time. I also like the ability to compose a template and use that template multiple times to multiple numbers. I work closely with HR and I help with our hiring process. Many of our applicants' voice mails on their cell phones are either not set up, or their voice mailbox is full. Many applicants screen their calls and just don't answer. But everyone checks their text messages and is more likely to respond to a text message rather than answer a call. It's easy to keep track of things. I like that different profiles can be set so that in the office we can see who has responded to whom. Cons We are Zipwhip customers so a big drop off. Adding attachments is really poor compared to Zipwhip. And not being able to text to a group as little as 2 or 3 is ridiculous. not many cons, they do exactly what they said, and I love that. I don't like that you can't delete messages. They just fill up the page. That's the first thing I see when I open Text Request, a long list of old messages that I have already read and responded to. A lot of my messages are "no thank you". I would like to be able to quickly see useful messages. A lot of the messages are junk and I would like to be able to delete them and not archive them. I feel it's wasted space and time to have to keep scrolling through old and useless messages. I don't like that when you search for a particular person, the options don't narrow down automatically (ie, without having to press enter on the search)
