Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros You no longer have to email yourself a simple file, do it through pushbullet. You can set it up to automatically download on the target device as well as SMS from another non-phone device. Cons SMS can hang on pending often. Filesize for free accounts is limited. Pricing doesn't feel clear. It is very cheap compared to other complex and very expensive tools. It has many configuration options. Easy to set up and maintain. Clean and simple user interface. Smart alerts and notifications that don't bombard you with information or repeated requests. We needed a solution to keep a track of how of service, If everything is indeed up. Datadog was too intense. Found uptime to be perfect for our scale. Instant communication on downtime. This is a life saving feature. I like the mobile app version as well Monitors multiple websites easily. Notify you when they're an issue. Reports the length of the outage. Affordable. Used to work, but this is no longer the case. This service cannot be relied on and the support is abysmal. I reported that I have 2 accounts, identical monitor on each. One reported 7 minutes downtime, the other 45 minutes, which one is correct? - their answer: "this is normal". Huh??
