Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version. I just mail. No BS, no heavy features that no one ever uses. I jut want to mail and be secure. Cool name, cool logo, excellent security, and nothing else. Cons nothing really....People with higher demands and higher patience can go for corporate products. Can't join, when attempting to join you have to get some sort of invite code from an existing user, if you attempt to contact the support to gain entry you'll be shot down rather harshly. I don't care about activists, at least the kind they want, my activist type is not but more or less is the same frequency as Guy Fawkes' disciples, which is why I wanted Riseup as its secure.
