Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros none. I believe there is a way you can find the same service. NOTHING I CAN say to pros for this!!! When I first discovered ProspectNow I was excited at the prospect of having a completed CRM that was searchable and provided centralized data of real estate information. There offer free demonstrations however no set free trial. None. They scammed me of money for a whole year. There is better software out there. Just stay away. There's an option to select customers and mail postcards or letters. The search function is good. I tried the free membership. Cons Low quality & Inaccuracy of data. Service term - no trial period and locks you in for 12 months. This would have been a windfall if only Prospectnow leadership was not so incredulous with want of holding on to consumers' money. Using deceptive and fraudulent business practices they hold unto money without providing service. They do not even respect the court system to honor being served with legal papers. Word of advice do not subscribe to their service. You will be paying three or four times the cost f a similar service. This company told me I had a free 30 day trial. Come to find out they locked me in for a whole year and charged me over $4,000. They would not refund my money. The agent said he was sorry and misspoke. I never did use their service. It didn't work! I ordered and have credits debited to my account and it's been over five days and the order is not showing in my account nor is there anything in mail status. I have submitted a help ticket and was contacted on the first day but nothing! No response or feedback! After you edit your letters it says, click Finish and the order process will move forward. But there is no Finish button on the screen! I had to exit and re-do my entire search to select the template I finished editing and to move forward with the ordering process. But when I tried to finish the ordering process, it kept saying error! During the first day I realized that They only give you 15 owner inquiries per month for the steep price tag of $120. Each additional look up cost money. When I tried to cancel before my free membership ended they proceeded to tell me that they never received my cancellation request which I sent twice to be redundant. After requesting funds back they basically told me to go fly a kite.		Pros from Real Users Pros The API is pretty straight forward to understand from an integration standpoint. There are lots of different search parameters which makes it very easy to customize your search for specific properties. Easy API integration and clear documentation Fast and accurate data responses Excellent customer support and communication Reliable uptime and performance Quick resolution of technical issues Great for real estate and homeowner verification use cases RealEstateAPI has excellent documentation, and a responsive support team which makes it very easy to use the product. The API provides comprehensive fundamental real estate info. The data is up to date and accurate, making it easy to build useful products. The convenience of saved and scheduled searches as well as property value estimates is great for quickly building meaningful products that deliver actionable insights. - Rich data - Easy to use and integrate - Lukas provided great consulting so that we could optimize the solution Developer-friendly documentation and quick setup. Fast and reliable service 99% of the time. payload has definitely better and more reliable attributes to enable fast querying. The data is accurate and provides a lot of information. Easy to integrate with my software. Very stable. Very easy to navigate and call the API, responses are very thorough and well detailed which makes it very easy to navigate. Support team are amazing, very quick and effective responses As a web solutions provider, we built a client site that needed access to live real estate data. After researching data providers, we chose REAPI and was able to fully integrate REAPI into the web application in a matter of hours. The API design is intuitive and responsive. The client website serves 10 states and the data has been reliable and useful. Great support from Lukas. Easy integration - quick and straightforward. Their support is fantastic (we worked with Lukas who was very responsive). The approval process for the MLS was super quick as well. -setup was around 30 minutes (as long as you're aware of what you're looking for and have pre-mapped to your CRM. For us it's HubSpot. -we reviewed the estimated home value and 9/10 it was within a few thousands of dollars from Zillow's Zestimate. -Lukas (our rep) was very transparent and quick to respond
