Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not very much at all! The very few highlights are drowned out by the bugs in the system! Each morning you hold your breath to see if it will even boot up. When it does that's usually where the problems begin. Changing retail prices is merely ok and that is the only high point. Cons Clumsy and full of bugs. Tends to lock up without any apparent reason. Epicor constantly makes updates which usually means the items that were working will no longer work! We have features that helped sell us on the system that they still can't make work 1 year into this experiment!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Razorpay makes it fairly easy to manage online payments in one place. The dashboard is useful for checking transactions, tracking payment activity, and getting an overview of payments. I also find the variety of payment methods and integration options helpful for regular business use. Razorpay is truly the future of payments. I am so proud of this made-in-India company! It plays well with UPI, Internet Banking, CC/DC, wallets, Lazypay etc. Great dashboard Easy to use Easy to integrate Variety of payment options Analytics and insights Good customer service Cons Razorpay helps simplify the process of accepting and managing online payments without needing to handle different payment methods separately. Having transactions and payment information available through one platform makes day-to-day payment management more convenient. Nothing to complain about here. All-in-all a great gateway service.
