	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. Easy to customize. Easy to install. Based on well known basics (apache, mysql, php). User just needs a browser, no other software required. Makes it possible to use on different platforms (not limited to Windows) Project is alive, constant development. Existing support. Runs locally on own server. Good support. Flexible design. Possible to enter your own holidays. No user cap. If you want a feature, you can make it yourself, or pitch your suggestions to the developers. Soplanning was simple to setup for our team and it provided a very good start to plan and to see what others had planned for the weeks to come. It's simple to use and reliable. I enjoy it. The design is a bit has been but it's not a problem. I find it easy to read. I like the global overview of the resources and on which project they are allocated. It replaces efficiently an Excel spreadsheet to manage my consulting resources and to track who is currently available for a new mission. PHP + Mysql is easy to install. Cons Recently the team has fixed some bugs shortly after release of a version by replacing some files under the same release number. That behaviour is difficult to track. Would be more professional to publish even small fixes as a new release number. Some bugs persist. Design is moderate, room for improvement. The user interface was efficient but not that "modern" from a style perspective. I don't know who is the contact if i need help. But it's only when upgrading application. Some actions are still complex to perform or tedious.
