• The app is user friendly in most aspects. It allows both the parent and the teacher to communicate on the go, and parents can get updates on their child all day via their phone. The customer support is always amazing. They work on an issue until they get it resolved.
• I like how everything is linked together. From the administration to the classroom and even billing Procare is a one stop shop.
• I like that it is easy to select activities for children to share with parents and guardians. Parents are easily able to send messages to the classroom as well to let teachers know if they will be late or if their child will not be in attendance that day. As a parent, I enjoy getting the email summary at the end of each day.
• I love as a parent that I can message just the admin team or the teachers directly. It is a nice way for privacy purposes.
