Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Account management features — Users can manage balances, transactions, and other account activities online. Security measures such as two-factor authentication (2FA) help enhance account protection. The mobile experience makes it easy for users to monitor their portfolio and trade while on the go. Trading Competitions Regular events and competitions incentivize users with rewards and bonuses. Account was restored successfully, withdrawal processed smoothly, and the new website made access easier and gave me peace of mind. Cons Cryptocurrency risk — Crypto prices can be highly volatile, so users can lose money. As with all cryptocurrency exchanges, users remain exposed to market volatility and investment risks when trading digital assets. Like every crypto exchange, users remain exposed to cryptocurrency market fluctuations. Mixed Reputation Online Reviews from users are inconsistent, with both positive and negative experiences. Temporary login issues caused stress and worry at first, and it took some patience before I could access my account again.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, From the lack of support to the failed transactions it was a horrible experience. I will never use them again - Good rates - Quick and intuitive crypto swaps - Buying and selling is supported as well - They also have a mobile app Nothing - can’t even respond to my emails. Happy to charge me instantly and tell me it takes minutes which a lie Nothing at all, terrible, horrible, do not recommend, find another company. Absolutely trash. Not good Good prices, very quick purchases with Apple Pay, and the ability to sell crypto, all in one app. It's also much simpler to use than an exchange. Cons I initiated a small test transfer once setting up my account. $22.65 BTC was sold and send to my bank through an ACH transfer. The transaction was created on 04/21/26. It was finally refunded to me over a month later on 05/25/26. During those 34 days I attempted to reach customer support which I was only able to do through emails which said nothing more than “we’re working on this issue please be patient. As of 08/17/26 I was told that the funds would be returned to the original account it came from. But as of 09/16/26 I have not seen it. Matthew Lloyd - Nothing that comes to my mind. It's generally good. Took my money instantly off my card. Received an email saying they have received my funds and “and will start processing your transaction immediately.” Then 20 minutes later another email “Your transaction is taking a bit longer than usual” yet no replies and no crypto Everything. The company banned me during the application process for no reason. I literally followed the protocol it asked for and then got instantly banned. Still waiting for my transaction to be refunded. Not much. It does its job pretty well. Looking forward to when then expand crypto offering
