Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integration with Gmail made using PreVeil super easy to use, while also clearly maintaining the level of security I was looking for with it's end-to-end encryption capabilities. It is effortless and well-integrated so it fits easily into your day-to-day activities. It's cheap. It was the lowest cost solution for CUI and ITAR compliant cloud storage. Nothing else good about it. When it works it just works. When it doesn't you have to wait for support to get back to you usually within 48 hrs. It automatically deals with spam emails. Auto encryption of inbox and outbox emails. Auto-detects phishing and virus emails. Scheduled email scan. Cons Not many cons come to mind, the solution has met my expectations. For CMMC compliance I wish they would consider creating a 100% compliance product. Constantly corrupting files - we have all kinds of files with a size of 0KB. Terrible synchronization. Corrupts email by randomly changing certain characters. PreVeil leadership team talks a good game about correcting issues, but the same issues keep coming up after they're "fixed", and new ones crop up too. Collaboration is terrible. Unstable. Had a user I address over 2 years ago disappear form my user's roster in the Admin Console. No explanation, her account just disappears and her Preveil Email Client ceases to function. Unstable I never encountered any problem with this platform.		Pros from Real Users Pros All tools in one place — Mail, Drive, VPN, Calendar — make work simple and efficient. Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version.
