What's more, their customer support is highly responsive and offers detailed instructions to address any queries promptly. The team at PostScan Mail are always available to help and provide simple instructions to help manage your mail and business easily. I always get my notifications on my PostScan Mail same day they receive it and whenever I choose to forward the mail, it gets done within 12-15 mins. It’s very convenient for me especially I’m living in South East Asia. I’ve been using their service for more than 2 years no and everything is great! I’ll definitely stick with PostScan Mail.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. Good customer service up to the last shipment. NONE. I am from Japan and use myGermany. I discovered it a few years ago and have been taking care of it for over two years. Cons They will scam your package like me and hundreds more. Save your money, your energy and your mental health dealing with them. 3 weeks, no responses, no phone to reach out and €600 on the line disappears when it was supposed to be delivered. Relatively expensive. Product in the last shipment was stolen. No reimbursement. Deep silent about the case. Never let them ship high-value products. I lost about 500€ because of this shitty company. No customer service at all. You can forget about your package if you use their "service". There aren't many things I don't like. I am a little worried about normal packaging. Optional bubble wrap can be added during packing. And we will do a hard packaging with additional options.
