Pros from Real Users Pros PostScan Mail's service is user-friendly, facilitating the swift setup of our business's mailing address. What's more, their customer support is highly responsive and offers detailed instructions to address any queries promptly. The team at PostScan Mail are always available to help and provide simple instructions to help manage your mail and business easily. I always get my notifications on my PostScan Mail same day they receive it and whenever I choose to forward the mail, it gets done within 12-15 mins. It’s very convenient for me especially I’m living in South East Asia. I’ve been using their service for more than 2 years no and everything is great! I’ll definitely stick with PostScan Mail.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is absolutely nothing of value to this service provider and it is sold as a required add on to Swyft. Nothing about this service is likable not one feature. You will only waste time and money period!!! Mail that does arrive can be scanned to view, and the notary access made signing up quickly. Some of my mail arrived. Quick customer "support", which doesn't actually do anything Price is in line with similar alternatives, relatively inexpensive. Looks like a great service if it worked. They advertise all the features that we needed for a virtual mailbox. Cons Absolutely horrible virtual mailbox service! They work as a required add on paid service with Swyft which is equally poor. After you’ve finally had enough of their slow response time and lack of functionality you have to first email a request to cancel then wait for a call back to go through a two tiered process to try and cancel the service. During the process they will first offer to come down in price to $14.99 per month then when your cancellation gets escalated to the next tier they will offer $9.99 per month and try and convince you to keep the service for personal use since their business level use failed. Then they will put you on a series of holds and eventually tell you they can’t cancel you because the address they have on file (theirs) is your official business address. Ultimately you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card issuer. I would encourage you to file complaints at the state and federal level to prevent other from having to go through this scam. It is all a bunch of crap!! Every complaint was handled with the same bull crap response, it makes me sick to my stomach to have paid for this service -no clear way to see what mail is racking up their excessive storage fees -forwarding charges are excessive -no Android App even though it has been promised as "coming soon" -terrible UX design in their website that makes accessing simple account details and billing details difficult -the address provided will not validate with USPS so much of the mail gets rejected Customer service isn't actually providing any service just empty promises. Mail isn't processed on site but sent to a distribution facility somewhere else. Did not work for me. Test letters were returned undeliverable. Support blamed USPS, but it was because SMB's mailbox became too full to receive mail.
