• Recently retreat.guru built in a fine tuning feature when reminding participants of their balance due. Now the reminder email only goes out to participants who actually still owe a balance. This new feature supports clarity and cuts down on unnecessary interactions.
• Easy enough to use - and great reports so we can keep track of what is actually going on. Retreat Guru is user friendly for both our guests and our staff. They are good at listening to and implementing our requests for new features.
• Working with Retreat Guru allows us to manage all our bookings easily and efficiently in one place. They handle events as well as regular hotel guests. They continuously improve the software to support our needs.
• I've worked with Kelly for the past 5 months on upgrading the rental booking systems & workflow for my nonprofit organization. We manage 2 locations with 1 wedding venue, 1 retreat center, and several daytime rental spaces. I manage all rental bookings and reservations. I had been working with our old Retreat Guru subscription for almost 3 years when we finally got approval to upgrade to the next level up on RG's services. The struggle is that the system I inherited was already 10+ years old, and we had jerry-rigged the lower-level RG subscription services to work for us in a way that didn't work super well. It did the job - but didn't function in the way that Retreat Guru is meant to. Kelly has been so patient and thoughtful and instructive every step of the way as we have upgraded our workflow and systems. My nonprofit has a very small time and so we are constantly stretched thin. Kelly went above and beyond to help us with our "training homework", send us detailed recaps, record every training, and provide repeated instruction whenever I needed it.
• It is organized, efficient, and personalized. We love the way the merchant services work. Payouts are easy to check and flow very reliably. Refunds are easy. Plus, the merchant services are plant medicine friendly, which we appreciate. We had a previous CRM and merchant services which both felt like cumbersome and inefficient. Retreat.guru is 1000% better! The personal touch in onboarding was a blessing; Kelly has also been an amazing source of ongoing support.

• Great customer service and staff and Program makes it very efficient to have in-person programs when housing is involved to track housing, rooms and communicate with registrants.

• We appreciate having all our calendaring, room management, relationship management, retreat management, and billing in one place. We now have a vision of the past, present, and future at both the micro and macro levels. Searching and editing are straightforward.
• Software is extremely helpful. Customer service is amazingly attentive. Payment processing to countries not serviced by other products.
