	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Support is quick. When we need a fix or a change it usually happens the same day, and you talk to someone who knows your setup. The system bends to how we actually run our stores instead of forcing a process on us. The API has let us automate settlements, vendor accounts and reporting across 13 locations, and they have kept up with us as we have grown. Cons I honestly have not run into very many negatives, if any. Basically, all of our complaints have been addressed and fixed in an extremely timely manner. Very refreshing for this industry. There is a tiny bit of limited administrative capability, some things must run through Support, but I've never had a problem getting anything done.
