Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person. It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation. I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on. I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions. Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills. 1. It has wallet features, and it also supports UPI transactions. 2. The payments are seamless and fast. 3. It is available on all the platforms. 4. It is accepted by various online platforms, vendors and local shopkeepers. 5. The customer support is helpful and quick to resolve issues. - Paytm is an easy-to-use payment tool with multiple tools that helps in processing any type of online payment. - The payment are quick and secure and in case of any transaction failure the customer support are quick and helpful enough to resolve the user's issue in the least time possible. - The user interface of the application is easy to navigate and displays all the important tool on the home screen itself. - Paytm supports every type of payment, bookings, recharges on the go. - It is widely supported by shops and e-commerce sites. - The transactions are safe and secure. - It is available on both Android and iOS. - Transaction can be done from wallet to wallet or directly from the bank account. - In case of any transaction failure, the amount gets credit back into the account quickly. - Multiple debit and credit cards can be added with a single account. 1. Paytm helps in making almost all types of transactions with just a single application. 2. It is widely accepted as a payment method on almost all the websites, shops, and restaurants. 3. The user interface of the application is detailed, and simple to use. 4. Along with digital payment, it also helps in paying bills, recharges, and booking tickets. 5. It is available on both Android and iOS. Cons They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before. The cash back system needs more work I think. 1. The amount of failed transaction take long hours to get refunded sometimes. The scratch cards and perks are more when a user creates the account with decreases with time and also the coupon codes useless as they cannot be redeemed without doing any extra shopping with their coupon partners. It is flawless, I haven't found a single con in my usage and in addition with that the customer support is quick in solving user's issues. 1. The payment gets sometimes failed, and the money gets stuck and takes to time for the refund to gets initiated unless the user contact customer support.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. Convenient to use Ease of operating the app is very good and anyone can operate it easily and increase their business. One one can just download the app and update their business details and start using the services of the app. It literally enables business owners to create an e-commerce store in 20 seconds. Insert your phone no, OTP verification, and input store name, upload products, and bang!! Your store is ready!! We were selling through our showroom earlier and for the online, we were only aware of social media selling, though we have a website too, it never worked. Moreover, there was a need for web developers for maintenance all the time, domain cost, hosting cost, SEO, and whatnot! Now it is all eliminated and this platform is designed especially for the non-tech small business owners. I can integrate any payment option, any delivery option in the dashboard with a simple process. Its all plug and play here with QPe. I loved the app. Local business owners don't have data of customers, In QPe you can maintain the data of your existing customers & new customers and introduce them with your new products. Cons 1. Design flexibility could be improved 2. Would love the mobile app version There are no cons app is really good. Why should I write any cons in 5 words of there are no as such cons in the app Nothing at the moment. There is always a dedicated manager from their end, if I found any problem, they are always available for help. So nothing to complain right now. I have not been experiencing any long run errors.
