Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person. It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation. I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on. I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions. Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills. 1. It has wallet features, and it also supports UPI transactions. 2. The payments are seamless and fast. 3. It is available on all the platforms. 4. It is accepted by various online platforms, vendors and local shopkeepers. 5. The customer support is helpful and quick to resolve issues. - Paytm is an easy-to-use payment tool with multiple tools that helps in processing any type of online payment. - The payment are quick and secure and in case of any transaction failure the customer support are quick and helpful enough to resolve the user's issue in the least time possible. - The user interface of the application is easy to navigate and displays all the important tool on the home screen itself. - Paytm supports every type of payment, bookings, recharges on the go. - It is widely supported by shops and e-commerce sites. - The transactions are safe and secure. - It is available on both Android and iOS. - Transaction can be done from wallet to wallet or directly from the bank account. - In case of any transaction failure, the amount gets credit back into the account quickly. - Multiple debit and credit cards can be added with a single account. 1. Paytm helps in making almost all types of transactions with just a single application. 2. It is widely accepted as a payment method on almost all the websites, shops, and restaurants. 3. The user interface of the application is detailed, and simple to use. 4. Along with digital payment, it also helps in paying bills, recharges, and booking tickets. 5. It is available on both Android and iOS. Cons They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before. The cash back system needs more work I think. 1. The amount of failed transaction take long hours to get refunded sometimes. The scratch cards and perks are more when a user creates the account with decreases with time and also the coupon codes useless as they cannot be redeemed without doing any extra shopping with their coupon partners. It is flawless, I haven't found a single con in my usage and in addition with that the customer support is quick in solving user's issues. 1. The payment gets sometimes failed, and the money gets stuck and takes to time for the refund to gets initiated unless the user contact customer support.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. The user interface of the application is easy to understand and use. 2. The payments are easy and only fails rarely. 3. It allows connecting the bank account via UPI directly to the application for faster payments and balance inquiries. 4. It can be used to pay individuals as well as shops and e-commerce. 5. The amount of failed transactions get settled back in the wallet or account in no time. - PhonePe can be used to pay online platforms directly from the bank account through UPI. - It also helps in paying various types of bills like electricity and water and also allows to book tickets directly from the application. - Multiple bank accounts can be added and linked with a single PhonePe accounts for faster payments. - It is stable and secure to use and available on all the Mobile platforms. Cons I have not found any major con or drawbacks in the applications. - The homepage of the application feels cluttered and can be simplified more for easy access of the features.
