	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Tactic has a report writer that comes with the package. No need to purchase additional software to write reports. Tactic has a mapping software to map your data to its fields. It is very flexible and imports from several different formats and databases. Again, it comes with the package and no need to purchase additional software to import your data into Tactic. Tactic is a very flexible tool. It can schedule orders and plan several different ways to accomplish different scenarios that I encounter. Tactic is very reliable day after day. At a glance the software gives visibility into shop status. It is easy to see the progression of orders – when steps were completed, where it currently is, when future steps are scheduled. Helps when dealing with our customers. The software enables us to automatically generate detailed schedules for multiple work stations within work centers based on due dates. Software automatically groups like product to the point due date is affected. - Tactic helped us model our entire process before hand and better plan the timelines and inventory management. - Excellent customer service response times. Cons Some Tactic child windows are a fixed height and width and do not expand to show all text for fields. It doesn't scale very clear on Hi DPI monitors. We haven’t yet encountered any negatives. We started using simple features and options and over time have gradually become more sophisticated users. There are many options and we are still learning some of the capabilities. I like the software. Many changes are occurring organizationally. While the software helps me manage these changes, as with any software it takes some discipline to reflect the changes in the software. - No major cons, Tactic has excellent algorithms running in the back end. Maybe they could improve the user interface a little bit and make it easier for users to discover new features easily.
