Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very Impress with features and support. Have used this software for over 4 Years and Highly recommend this Team. The POS software has so many great features and very clever alerts. We have these in all our 5 Premises. Well done to an Australian Company that knows what Hospitality means and knows how to Help. Cons The Pos terminal doesn't come with inbuilt wifi but they gave us a USB wifi.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing positive about this system, would not give us a free trial. After two weeks we requested our money back and headquarters told us they can't help. Cons They made us pay for the system upfront, would not allow us to test the system. They said it would work anywhere with a cloud based backend. After we set it up. There was no ability to enter infirmary without a rep who you had to pay to upload info. Would not give us login information until week 2, fees for everything and anything. Horrible customer service, horrible system, don't waste your time or your money. After two weeks we gave up on this horrible system and paid for a different system. They refused to give us any of our money back including equipment we paid for, but they never delivered it to us.
