Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cost management and workflows are the best module, easy to configure the API with ERP like Dynamics. Custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows are all easy to build. The system overall is very easy to use. You can drill down in reports to see things are the project, portfolio, and program levels. All the modules work together seamlessly which helps reduce duplicate data entry and has gotten us off of using multiple platforms for our facility asset management. User-friendly. Custom reports. Visual workflow speeds up the approval process. Support responds quickly. Cons Features in the Form module, in the part of drawings. It would be great if they had more online YouTube training videos. Currently they mostly just offer paid training services. (on the plus side, this isn't needed much as the system is very user friendly) I honestly can't find a con with this program. This system, like others, is only as good as the information that is entered. Be concise with your entries, and your life will be easier at the later date when you need that information.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to learn and use right off the bat. This software provided a significant benefit to our TAKE OFF process. The collaborative feature means our estimators across the country can all contribute and monitor the progress of the project. Easily bring up any and all drawings with the click of a mouse, saves bundles on paper and cost. STACK has sped up our takeoffs making them about 4 times faster than before. I also like how their software integrates with Excel which makes it easy for me to finish our estimates and submit our bids. Customer support has been excellent as well - they are there to help me whenever i have a question!
