Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros When it's up and running it works great, if you get it working don't ever make a change. Beware!!!!! Cons Zero customer support. Impossible to get in touch with them, zero communication. Have a chat line that sits there unanswered, leave voicemails no return calls and emails that get responded to weeks later all while your system is offline or crashing. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating parts of my day, Have 21 more locations opening in 30-45 days that we are looking for another company to deal with.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Sauce Menu Platform...too many hidden fees. After spending weeks working on the menu, this was another 3rd party Ordering platform that is not Small Business Friendly. As a restaurant owner, partnering with Sauce has been a game-changer for my business! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage online orders and streamline our delivery services. We've seen a significant boost in direct orders, reducing our reliance on third-party delivery apps and saving on hefty commissions. The customer support is top-notch, always responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. Thanks to Sauce, we've been able to enhance our customer experience and retain more loyal customers. Highly recommend to any restaurant looking to optimize their operations and grow their business! For starters, Sauce grew my direct orders. On top of that they deliver fast and give great support for me and my customers. NOY and Sauce are amazing, they are the best online ordering platform! We use them for online ordering and delivery. - Implementation: Ben Ariel and team are amazing and dedicated - Google Tag Manager capable: you can properly track your customers from different sources unlike most OLO that only allow for FB pixel Cons They pass the customer credit card fees onto the restaurant and did not disclose that! . Sauce also, keeps the upcharge fees per item. I was given the impression that those upcharge fees would help cover some of my delivery fees. Too good to get true! If I had to mention one minor area for improvement, it would be the initial setup process, which took a bit longer than anticipated. However, once everything was up and running, the benefits have been more than worth it. The team at Sauce was incredibly supportive throughout, ensuring a smooth transition and helping us make the most out of their platform. No real cons. Perhaps it would be nice if they had their own marketplace I don’t have any cons, they have been great and easy to use. Customer interface requires an improvement for mobile readiness
