Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Potent capabilities for just $20 a month Highly customizable Friendly support Handles orders AND inventory Even though the UI could be better, this is an extremely robust platform for any print on demand integrations and managing your store. I come from an API / fintech background, and their documentation is very good across all of their many integrations. Their support team is very good at helping out if you have questions or providing some of the relevant code. Software does what it says and it just works. Very simple to add integrations for sales channels and warehouse providers. Cons UI is a bit difficult to understand Learning curve Their design isn't great both of their site as well as their backend. That being said, it is an extremely robust platform. Their configurations and rule builders take a little time to understand, but once you get the hang of them they are fine. They also add in pricing per transaction on top of their base fees. I don't love that but can't fault them for wanting to grow with their partners growth given how robust the platform is. I'm ok with it to support their growth. The lack of multi-warehouse inventory sync would be the one service I hope to see addressed in the near future.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, Great Support, and powerful automation and reporting features, making us able to stay compliant and profitable. Cons It's not free, and it requires initial setup and training, but it's offered by Price Reporter, and we can do it internally as well using their documentation, so really no cons.
