	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Their customer service representative genuinely tries his best to help and seems willing to work with customers to resolve problems. Unfortunately, his efforts can only go so far when the company's management, pricing practices, and unreliable software are the real issues. Great Service saves tons of time very intuitive and user friendly always ready to help great team that knows the business inside out First, it's a great team. Their communication and responsibility, the professionalism and the response, which are most important, are beyond all expectations. The software is great. It's tailored for diamond jewelry, and makes my life much easier. Publishing to eBay, Etsy, and my website are so powerful. It creates all the content, manages the jewelry and diamond inventory individually, syncs and reprices everything automatically. The software is just great! It covers all our needs - central jewelry catalog, proper work with tens of thousands of SKUs, automatic repricing by metal and gemstone prices, online catalogs and websites for distributors, ability to expand to new sales channels. Automation is so powerful we know we can handle our data easily, especially as they continue to add more AI tools every month. The system is online, stable, holds our big catalog with no problems. This was one of our concerns. Their support is unbelievable. Thinking outside the box, custom developments, always available and positive - there is simply no "No" for them. Seamless integration with multiple ecommerce platforms User-friendly and intuitive interface Time-saving automation and product management tools Consistent, error-free product listings across channels Scalable solution that grows with your business Cons Extremely expensive, with what I consider deceptive business practices. In my experience, they raise prices after you sign up and promise features during the sales process that the software doesn't actually have. When you later ask about those promised features, suddenly they want additional money to implement them. The software is incredibly buggy and constantly feels like an unfinished beta product. Instead of taking responsibility, they frequently blame the customer or third-party platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. There always seems to be an excuse, but rarely a lasting solution. I feel their priority is collecting more money rather than delivering what customers were originally promised. nothing really Takes some time to set everything up, but at the end it's 100% worth it. We love the software and the support. No complaints Can require some initial setup and customization.
