Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros OpenPM makes it easy to view billing information for my practice. I use it daily and rarely run into any bugs or issues. Easy to use and would recommend to anyone needing a PM platform! Even the size of the font makes this system easy to use! Enrollments were easy to do and I love my dashboard. A feature that I love is in the Code Tables. The ability to clearly look up and show all the active ICD-10 or CPT codes with the full description is something that I haven't seen on other platforms as well as in Open PM. Some of the features that I have loved about Open PM are in the scheduling section. The ability to scroll to see other times in the schedule and all columns scroll to keep the time the same so when I'm looking at lining up multiple appointments for the same day I can see who has availability for one appointment to end and another to begin right away. Another feature that I love is the reschedule queue so the appointment doesn't stay on the schedule when we know that it won't be but we still haven't rescheduled the appointment to another time. The Show Me How feature is always really helpful when I need to learn something new about the software. I don't have to call anyone to figure out what I need. The source is always available for what I'm looking for. Great design, useful features, and very easy to use! I love how quickly you can schedule appointments for patients. My favorite part is that it can be personalized to your liking. It is secure and simple to use when it comes to scheduling patients and adjusting patient accounts. Cons I wish it looked more modern. But it’s a great example of function over form. Pricing can be a little confusing at times. Does not have an EHR. Would like to have graphs included for A/R analysis, etc. One thing I would change is in the Patient Dashboard. When expanding an encounter, the columns don't line up with the condensed encounter columns. I wish they would line up to be directly under the correlating column. OpenPM has no cons! Perfect as is, no change is needed. None so far. I've been using this system for about 2 years and I haven't had any issues.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like to use reports that are amazing to reconcile the data. There are many pros to Raintree. Automation is one of the best parts about it as a front end user. It automatically sends Evals, Re-evals, and Discharges to the Referring Dr. Faxing is very easy within the system. Scheduling has many great features including the Block Scheduling feature, which allows you to schedule patients far in advance with just a few clicks. The components that are typically add-ons for competing products were all built intentionally by/for Raintree making their communication and integration a breeze and natural, not cumbersome or difficult. Comprehensive and flexible. The engineers work with us to make customizations to meet our needs perfectly. I have been with RT for 18 years now I first worked with a company that had the executive RT system and I loved it you could customize anything you could imagine! The new company I am with is not with the executive plan BUT you still can submit all your ideas on their idea page if they are not implemented yet and will be worked on to add to RT. Every week I attend the RT Live Webinar where they have training on existing and new additions to the RT system as well as the new implementations they added from the ideas page. I learn something new every day even while being with them for 18 years! Best system hands down! I also love the fact that RT has an F1 information page with training and videos. I really love that RT will do personal zoom training with us if we have extra questions or need help with a new setup within our system. Cons I don't like aging reports. when I pull out the report they also show the paid claims. One con to Raintree is, because there are so many cool features it can take some time to learn and remember how to use all of the features. There are really no cons that come to mind, the process for submitting suggestions or support that is available has handled any issues since we began implementing. It is an electronic health record so it is a lot (like all EHRs). When new ideas are suggested it is frustrating that it takes longer to implement into the system especially coming from the executive package where which was more advanced and ahead and already has customizations the normal packages don't and some RT staff have never heard of.
