Zerity is cloud-based driver management software for UK courier companies, delivery partners and multi-depot operators that coordinate self-employed drivers. It gives operations and compliance teams a shared record for driver onboarding, identity and right-to-work evidence, licence and insurance documents, and expiry dates, with reminders for renewals. Drivers can submit documents and agreements from a phone, while depot staff review files and manage driver availability and shift rotas across sites. Zerity also records vehicle details, MOT and insurance dates, daily walkaround checks and reported defects. For weekly payments, it uses agreed rates and recorded days worked to prepare self-billed invoices and pay runs.
