Pros from Real Users Pros Notifyre has been very reliable for my business. I use it to send SMS messages as part of AI-powered lead generation for local tradie businesses, and the platform has been easy to set up and use. Messages are delivered quickly, the interface is straightforward, and I haven't experienced any technical issues. The pricing is also reasonable for the features provided. You can fax large documents in a short amount of time. You don't need to use a fax line which is convenient. Very easy to set up, very quick responses to questions. The plans being flexible is also very helpful, in case demand rises or lowers. Easy to use Signing up process is easy and fluent Great welcome onboard communication phone call and emails, validating procedure and answering emails all within a good timeframe Using to send and receive faxes Not costly Great Price Easy Set Up Helpful Team Solved my teams small faxing problem easily It is now part of our operations, just like that ! It is so difficult to find a fax service from Australia to the UK. Now the big office supply company here in Aus has stopped doing that service I did not know what to do. As infrequently as I fax a subscription was costly, and Notifyre fit the bill as I can top up my balance any time. They've been around a while but did not show up in my search before. Great platform to enable to the use of SMS marketing to our business. The platform is easy to use with setting up multiple marketing lists. Great customer service! Ryan helped with us setting up our account and answered all our questions during the demo with clear and helpful answers. The interface is very intuitive. I was able to send a fax first try It was very user friendly and the support and service were 100%. Sent SMS to over 8,500 clients easily. I am looking to send myself automated text messages. Unfortunately, the carrier registration process can be a bit of a square peg going into a very small orifice. Trust me, I know this because I did it with 2 other companies, and 1 of them the absolute worst ( go to dot com incase it gets auto scrubbed). I started online, but hadn't finished filling out the form yet when my phone rings. It is Notifyre wanting to help me fill out the form correctly the first time. Not some AI Go To Do Com mis-programmed automation. The first form I filled out, I was able to delete and start over, and then submitted it. All Easy peasy, and a REAL US ENGLISH SPEAKER called me. Thanks Ryan		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Inexpensive and easy to set up. I have nothing else positive to say. It is inexpensive and it is easy to set up. Simple, straight forward API interfaces that are easy to integrate. My number porting experience was truly superior compared to the previous company that was servicing us. Super easy to integrate. They have live staff in the US to help users integrate. The service is also HIPAA Compliant which is awesome. Ease of use. Easy to port our number. Nice people to work with. Clear faxes with no fuzzy images. HIPAA Compliant. Cons If a fax fails, you cannot re-send; must build new. It does not ask you to add a Contact automatically. It is difficult to move faxes to other folders Your view of faxes you send or receive lists numbers only rather than Contact name so you waste a lot of time peeking through multiple faxes to go back to one you previously want. Thus far, Customer Service has not had any answers we need. A person answers, does not identify themself then seems to be fumbling around same as me. Some support issues to begin with, but they have just stood up a new and better support portal. Very helpful. My prior carrier made it difficult to release my number, but WestFax assisted me throughout the process. Bringing my fax number over was important to ensure that we stayed available for our customers. We didn't have any problems at all. I'll update if we experience any. Nothing we didn't like about the service. Works great.
