Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Works within CRM to provide an effective signup solution. Reasonably priced and allows for acceptable bulk sendouts. It can literally do any Sharepoint automation we need with a gui and the ability to write scripts using JavaScript. It also can automate the sending of emails and create reports from the gathered Sharepoint data. Cons Customization of email that gets sent out desired. Could use more diversity in options, including multi signer being more intuitive. Pricy for a single user. I suggest if you are going to use this you should be a large company who can make full use of the subscription cost in all your automation needs and not just one of the five possible that we use since the ROI was not great in our use case. And it is an ongoing cost for automation when needs to be offset by a time savings somewhere.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Effortless to create forms for subscription and contact info forms. Great tutorial videos. Affordable plans and 30-day free trial. Responsive helpdesk. Easy to design forms and workflow application. No programming required, just some drag and drop and you are done. Many design available which helps to match your requirement. Clean and simple user interface. PerfectForms has been crucial for our business. It makes building out forms for our data collection processes a breeze. Definitely one of the best forms automation solutions out there right now. Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. Forms are not responsive. Steep learning curve for beginners. Honestly I didn't find any cons. It easily gets your job done. Can have a bit of a learning curve but not too bad compared to other similar solutions. Small price to pay for the vast capabilities of PerfectForms.
