Naix is AI-powered anonymization and redaction tool designed to remove personally identifiable information from documents quickly, accurately, and securely. It combines machine learning, natural language processing, and linguistic models to detect company names, legal forms, personal names, countries, cities, streets, email addresses, URLs, dates, IDs, graphics, monetary sums, and other amounts. It supports PDFs, Word and Excel files, emails, scans, and image formats, with language models for English, German, and French. Naix automates most of the anonymization process while retaining manual redaction tools for reviewing remaining exceptions. Users can also apply predefined pseudonyms to preserve context where full anonymization is not appropriate. Its simple interface supports the workflow from uploading a document to reviewing findings and creating a secure output file.
