Pros from Real Users Pros It provides me excellent file sharing and manager for continuous workflow. Intuitive designs. Internal survey forms building is also a good addition. Sales and marketing management to collaborate and become more powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Secure database, short upload times, good search features to find past uploaded documents, easy to use once certain functions are enabled, download notifications to see who has received the items requested/uploaded. From file storage to file sharing SmartVault provides a secured and seamless platform for business. I liked its collaboration features. It's easy to transfer files around anywhere. The interface is also easy to understand. It provides cloud storage of documents so we can access them from anywhere. It saves the file in encrypted for for absolute security. Features like eSign, version control and scan integration helps a lot. The product is good, not too complicated, and not expensive especially compared to some of the bigger names. It's an easy product to learn. And even easier to walk a client through how to set up their access. All I have to do is send and email, then the client takes a few steps to set up their log in information, and with a few clicks they are ready to send and receive sensitive information through a secure portal! Cons Difficult to navigate between folders in an account from an non-administrative end, upload process can be confusing when trying to upload to specific folders, pinning folders to Home Screen is not intuitive and using pinned folders is confusing because the "Add" button does not mean upload but means add another pinned folder. There's no downside I experienced on this platform. The app user interface is very simple which makes it easy to use and understand. The app has no cons. I wish there was an app for clients to use on their phone. Nothing that I dislike enough to mention. Sometimes the search bar takes a few seconds to catch up, but that could also be my computer with several other large programs running.
