About

Mountain Duck lets you mount server and cloud storage as a disk in Finder on macOS and the File Explorer on Windows. View all files on your remote storage regardless if synced to your computer. Files are synchronized to your local disk when opened to allow offline usage. Select files and folders to always keep offline on your computer. Other files are downloaded and cached on demand only and otherwise do not take space on your local disk. Cyberduck is a libre server and cloud storage browser for Mac and Windows with support for FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, OpenStack Swift, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure & OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. Connecting to every server. With an easy to use interface, connect to servers, enterprise file sharing and cloud storage. You can find connection profiles for popular hosting service providers. Client side encryption with Cryptomator interoperable vaults to secure your data on any server or cloud storage.

About

dosya.dev is cloud storage for individuals and teams to store, back up, sync, and share files. Access your files on the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Connect your existing tools through rclone, S3-compatible access, WebDAV, and SFTP, or import files from Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Organize personal files, photos, and work projects in one place. Collaborate through shared workspaces, custom roles, permissions, comments, and version history. Set storage limits for each workspace and manage access with email-domain and IP restrictions. Use webhooks to connect file activity with other services. Pricing is based on storage capacity rather than the number of team members, with the same core features across all storage tiers. Built by Australian company Dosya Pty Ltd, dosya.dev combines everyday apps with flexible access for technical workflows.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • - Works flawlessly with all of my cloud storage provider - Perfect integration into Windows Explorer - Easy to use, no manual needed to connect to S3, Backblaze, SFT - Reasonable price for a perpetual license
  • The Idea behind it. It would be nice if it worked the way it was intended. Just including all kinds of remote drives in Windows would be great.

Cons

  • - Nothing, it simply works! - No Cons from my side!
  • Works only reasonably well. A much too frequent update frequency (of course, every time with a restart) makes the experience pretty lame.
