Also the fact it has an open API is amazing, and makes integrating between other tools easy, especially with the native integrations they already have built out. Another aspect I love about Process Street is the ability to have guest users - this makes it super convenient when needing to bring someone external in to a process, while maintaining high visibility into the work getting done, and tracking everything together in one spot.
