• Our units are quite diverse and Winmill built our database to handle each unit's unique and at times paradoxical requirements. There is enough flexibility built into the system to handle data sets we did not know we need until well after the database was built. My specific inputs (dues and fees collected by employers) are very easy to understand and can be taught to new people quickly.

It is the heart of our organization and keeps our member information safe with provides an excellent reporting tool to track all the data that we enter. I handle dues and membership reporting and our database is the main tool that I need to do my job accurately and efficiently. Our organization, IATSE Local 800 engaged WinMill software to create our database in 2011. This was not a small task due to a merger of 4 IATSE Locals with 4 separate databases which containing duplicate members to be merged into one database, for a total of about 2300 members at the time. Once the project was complete, we ran parallel databases to verify the integrity of the information.
