Onro is an AI courier software used by courier companies, logistics providers, and last-mile delivery services to manage delivery operations through a centralized system. The platform supports the complete delivery lifecycle, including order management, dispatching, driver coordination, route planning, real-time tracking, proof of delivery, customer communication, warehouse operations, and reporting. Organizations can manage deliveries across multiple teams, locations, and workflows.
Onro includes dedicated applications for customers, recipients, drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel. Features include automated and manual dispatching, route planning and optimization, barcode scanning, on-demand and hub workflows, delivery notifications, cash-on-delivery support, and role-based access controls.
