Easy, quick and fast to pickup. Organises memorialize and project data and process steps. User friendly. Intuitive tool. This is absolutely an amazing tool to manage your projects with your organization. Our business project management has significantly improved and makes everything much easier. The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy. Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes. The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements. It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes. Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP. Cons Lack of advanced whiteboarding features compared to complex tools, No Gantt charts or calendar views for project planning. No dislikes. Great software to share and capture knowledge. At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful. It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!). We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.		Pros from Real Users Pros Process Street shines at creating layered workflows with hierarchical task assignments. We've built customer intake forms that trigger internal workflows and branch into user tasks - nothing falls through the cracks. Perfect for documenting infrequent processes so you never ask "how did we do this last time?" Our AI testimonial wizard collects client feedback and auto-generates polished testimonials. Intuitive interface made implementation easy for both internal and personal use. - Extremely stable, forward-thinking, and innovative platform. - Brings consistency, repeatability, and accountability to processes. - Helps teams streamline day-to-day operations while keeping visibility into who’s doing what. - Excellent for risk mitigation and reducing chaos across departments. - Flexible enough to work across industries. I’ve used it successfully in property management, real estate, HR, cleaning companies, architecture firms, accounting, internet providers, technology companies, and construction. - Depth of functionality is unmatched: native Forms, Pages (for docs/how-tos), advanced conditional logic (AND/OR), code tasks, AI tasks, and more! - Native integrations with Google Workspace, DocuSign, Slack, etc. For anything not built-in, Zapier, Power Automate, and Make connect easily to outside tools, extending functionality even further. Process Street has many useful features to streamline workflow management across teams. The ease of building workflows is a huge plus (it's all drag and drop), but then the addition of AI tasks and Code Tasks for more complex requirements has been a game changer. Also the fact it has an open API is amazing, and makes integrating between other tools easy, especially with the native integrations they already have built out. Another aspect I love about Process Street is the ability to have guest users - this makes it super convenient when needing to bring someone external in to a process, while maintaining high visibility into the work getting done, and tracking everything together in one spot. Love how it keeps me compliant and offering the best service possible to my clients by ensuring I never miss a step. The integrations and automations mean that when there's data to track I can send it externally and it happens like magic! (Except I know how it's done...) Easy to set up a simple workflow and develop it as you get more confident with the various functionalities. Just brilliant!
