	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love the fact that StockHero bots are so automatic. They helped trade the markets without me having to stare at the screen. Most importantly, the bots are really making profits for me. I don't really have the time to trade the market with my 9-5 job and really glad that my colleague recommended this software to me. Another thing that I like about them is that it is so easy to get a hold of their support team. They are very responsive through both emails and WhatsApp. I love their customer service team! Two experiences really stood out and impressed me thoroughly. First: I had trouble connecting to my brokerage (some issues on my USD funds not matching with what is displayed in StockHero). The StockHero team was able to help resolve this within few hours of my initial call for help. Second: Their consistency. They never fail to reply to all my emails within a day (at most). I also love the fact that I am able to contact them via WhatsApp. 1) my 15 bots have really weathered the June and July market turmoil to my surprise. Overall, their returns are so much better than my other investment account. 2) really responsive customer service team. Due to my hectic work week, I usually converse with them over weekends and they are still as responsive. The StockHero customer service team deserves a 5 stars rating! As a new user, I was initially overwhelmed by the User Interface. It took me a while to get familiar with the UI. I've also engaged their White Glove service. Their product expert was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting setup within the one-to-one session. More importantly, their trading bots are working well for me in the month of December. Great product with excellent customer service! Rare in this time and age. A really effective strategy, the Sigma Series! I have been using StockHero since February this year. Was recommended to it by a friend of mine. The strategy really helped me to trade better especially during the April's stock market huge correction. and I was totally convinced by the strategy after the bots helped me generated more profits than losses in the last few weeks of October. I would also like to give a 6 out of 5 stars to their really responsive customer service team. It is so refreshing to always get a reply from their team so fast. really really nice feeling to have. Cons I wish that there are more shorting strategies available. Their current marketplace has mostly the long strategies. Hopefully the StockHero team will release more of the short strategies. Nothing much really. I just started using them for about 2 months. wished for more complex parameters during the bot setup process. But, I can understand their angle - which is to offer simple to use trading bots. Their user-interface lacks the initial hand-holding and thorough explanation and walkthrough. It can be daunting for new users. I wish they can support real time trading of Hong Kong stocks.
