Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The whole-repo context makes the difference. On a Flask PR it flagged a delete route using GET as a CSRF risk, explained why a link or image tag could trigger it, and gave a confidence score with a before/after fix. Mesrai reviews pull requests with context from the whole repository, so its comments go beyond the lines that changed. We currently using it for our dev team since 1 year. I especially like the Jira/Linear ticket check / custom review rules / the CLI / bringing our own model key; keep only what you actually use. It is quick to set up on GitHub/GitLab. Cons Young product with a short track record. The suggested-change button replaced one line with a whole function, so I applied the fix by hand from the before/after snippet. It is a newer product with a smaller community and fewer third-party reviews than established tools.
